SHIPPING

We offer various shipping rates depending on the size of your order and for delivery anywhere within Australia. All orders have a processing time of 1-7 business day.

Please note we are an Australian company and believe in using Australian providers for our shipping and packaging. All stock is distributed from our Australian warehouses.

RETURNS
We offer a no questions asked returns policy. If you simply change your mind you can return your purchase to us. You will be given a full refund providing the sticker pack is returned unopened and suitable for us to resell. Please note if you change your mind the cost of returning the item will be yours.

If the item is faulty please contact us here and advise us of the issue. This is so we can determine if there is a genuine fault with the product. In the case of a genuine fault we will ask for the item to be returned and we will provide you with a full refund for your purchase and for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

We do not accept returns of products that have been used.
